Excellent post! I’m a small business owner and marketer of my company as well. Over the past 3 years I’ve learned what.worked, what didn’t and spent a lot of money. I realize now that I need to focus 100% on those marketing efforts that led me to my target market and best ROI.

In 1985 my partner and I spent $2000 for 2 hours of “employment counsel” while setting up our business. Well worth the bucks.
Also, I believe that “employes” are an obsolete classification.

At first glance, this advice seems not very practical. Why make other websites get more visitors through your article?

My experience, however, is different. Because I posted articles on other websites, i got more traffic back to my website. It is a simple give and take. I suggest that you try it.

The tips that you had provided are one sided ones. We must consider the both sides of the event occurs that means the buyer and the seller point of view we have to speak in regard when you give tips to the seller you must also provide the tips to the buyer as well hence, we can provide justice to each other. Some tips like the position of the firm
interest of the buyer
demand of the product
status of the project
financial barriers and so on that would help the both parties to evaluate the deal and we can also attract the new customer on who is willing to buy it.

these are very helpful to the business men to sell the business in good term i ,mean not having very much trouble and tensions. and at the same time we should also provide some tips to the one who is going to buy the business since it is not published and told anybody the buyer has to conform if it is in good position or it is in the bankruptcy hence we can help the both the sides of the teams and hence can be in good environmental conditions.

what is the main concern in the business is not the profit orientation as a beginner of the business ,and most of the time every entrepreneur looks for the profit orientation in case of the small business. hence he will be disappointed in terms of the out come of the business
