Please follow these instructions to sign up for Customer Information Manager (CIM) service from Authorize.net

  1. Log-in to your Authorize.net account and navigate to Merchant Profile
  2. On the Merchant Profile page  you will notice two sections. The second section will be titled Additional Services.
  3. Under Additional Services section, you can find CIM. You can sign up for this service by clicking on the Sign Up link.
  4. Please note that this is a paid service provided by Authorize.net
  5. Once you have signed up, please complete the steps mentioned below to activate this service on Apptivo.

Steps to Activate CIM in Apptivo

  1. Log-in to your Apptivo account and Navigate to Website Management section.
  2. Click on Payment Options App under Website Management section.
  3. You should be able to see Authorize.net logo and an Onboard button next to it.
  4. Click on the Onboard button to open a pop-up window. In the pop-up window, select the Capture for Repeat Orders checkbox.
  5. Save all the changes

Now your Apptivo powered website will allow returning customers to use their saved passwords.
