There are three possible reasons why the shipping cost is not being charged.

  • The dimensions of the product which you are trying to ship is larger than what your shipping partner accepts – to fix this try interchanging length and width specifications for the product
  • The item specifications are not entered in “Product Management” > Items > Item name > eCommerce tab
  • The integration with the shipping provider failed for some reason – wait for some time and try placing an order again.
