Installing SoapClient for PHP

1. If you already have php installed, locate your php.ini file
2. Now, go through the file and find two lines.  For each of these lines, delete the “;” character at the beginning
   1. extension=php_openssl.dll
   2. extension=php_soap.dll
3. Restart your web server
