  • Simplify the reason to purchasing your product/service – It is necessary to inform prospects about your product or service in a very easy to understand manager. Explain to them why your product or service is more superior to other competitors. Convince your prospects that you are the way to go.

  • Leverage the power of social media – Customers are more likely to choose your products/services if it is recommended by folks whom they know and trust. It makes sense to link your product or service to popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and more. By using these sites, your customers can spread the word among their friends and family about the fantastic product/service that they have discovered.

  • After sale service- Follow up with customers which may result in repeat orders and build customer loyalty. Focus on building a long term relationship with your customers and they will happily recommend your products/services to others.

Additionally, focus on key factors which influence purchasing decisions such as product quality, brand image and competitive pricing. A clear and sustained sales and marketing strategy will have high chances of positively influencing customer’s buying decisions.
